Helicopter engineering, Queensland
HeliMods needed a refurbished workshop that could keep pace with short-turn aircraft work. OFS Group specified Boscotek benches, high-density cabinets and line-feed trolleys so tools and parts sat at the airframe, not in a distant store.
HeliMods engineers helicopter modifications, from equipment mounts through to fleet configuration. The workshop refurbishment had to raise throughput without adding floor area.
OFS Group, then the Queensland partner for the range, selected Boscotek for the mix of load rating, drawer configuration and mobile line-feed. The systems were manufactured in Australia by Wilson & Gilkes.

Industrial workbenches with Formica tops, height-adjustable legs and matching drawer units gave each station a defined working height and a place for the fasteners in use.
High-density cabinets were drawer-planned with OFS so small parts were not lost in deep shelves. Industrial cupboards added lockable storage for tools that stay on the floor.
Line-feed trolleys with louvre panels and bins moved the fastener and component kit to the aircraft. That cut walking time between the store and the hangar floor.

The refurbished workshop used the same floor more tightly: benches where the work happens, drawers for the kit that stays put, and line-feed for the kit that moves.
For HeliMods that was a workshop that supported shorter turnaround on engineered aircraft work, without a larger building.
These systems were designed and manufactured in Australia by Wilson & Gilkes. Today, Boscotek continues that manufacturing lineage as part of OPIE Manufacturing Group, from 109 Russell Street, Emu Heights NSW 2750.
